Call Transcriptions & Sales Intelligence

One of the key USPs for x-bees is Sales Intelligence.

x-bees, along with the new Collaboration 7 application from Wildix, enables calls to be transcribed in real time, viewed during the call, and access via the call history, to refer back to later.  However, unique to x-bees is Sales Intelligence.

Sales Intelligence uses AI to summarise the call, rather than needing to read the entire call transcription.  You can also search for calls using key words spoken during the call.  Once a call is opened within Sales Intelligence you can:

  • Listen to the audio recording of the call.
  • Read the full transcription of the call.
  • See sentiment analysis within the call, with sections labelled as Postive, Negative or Neutral.
  • See a visual representation of who spoke when during the call, with any interruptions highlighted.
  • View the AI summary mentioned above, called the "Call Brief".
  • View bullet pointed "Key Points" from the call, as well as other categories that the AI system has identified in the calls, such as "Customer Response" and "Implementation Timeline".
  • View "Action Items" and "Next Steps" fom the call.
  • Translate the transcription and AI analysis of the call to another language (English, French, German, Itallian, Spanish).
