  • Persistant chat with the new Kite engine - External web chat on the previous Collaboration is real time only, as soon as the other party closes their web browser the chat ends. With persistant chat in Collaboration 7, customers register with their email address, and so can return to existing chats by logging back in. They can even download a mobile app for on going conversations, and receive push notifications when you contact them. This is far better in a sales context, to keep conversations going with prospects.
  • Call Transcriptions - Collaboration 7 uses AI to transcribe calls in real time.  The text can be shown on the screen during a conversation, as well as viewed later in the call history, which opens up countless business use cases.
  • Modern Look & Feel - Collaboration 7 brings a fresh look, along with modern chat features such as reacting, quoting, and forwarding messages.
  • Passwordless - Collaboration 7 doesn't use passwords, users login via Single Sign On (SSO) with Google or Microsoft, or request an email based One-Time Password (OTP) instead.  This is a big improvement in security, as weak user passwords is one of the biggest security vulerabilities in Unified Communications platforms.
