The Connexis Help Desk is a free service open to new and existing Connexis customers and is available from Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.30am and 5.30pm.
Fault Reporting
If your query is of a technical nature your call can be routed to one of our fully accredited engineering managers for prompt attention and resolution.
In order to assist us in handling your call quickly and efficiently please have the following information to hand.
- Service agreement number
- Name of manufacturer and type of equipment
- Nature and duration of the problem

Additional Services
The help desk can also provide access to advice and support for IT managers or nominated telephone administrators to assist in routine changes and settings to your telecom system, such as: Clock changes, holiday messages, music on hold, system relocations, upgrades and additional features.
