Founded in 1985 and based in the UK, Oak Telecom are responsible for a number of ‘firsts’ in the communications industry, including the development of a channel strategy for call logging, recording and billing. In recognition of their commitment to quality and service Oak were awarded their ISO9001:2000 accreditation in 2001.
