- Tariffs, including number of bundled minutes, texts, messages etc.

Fixed Lines
- The number of lines, rental and billing rates for applications such as incoming/outgoing calls, fax, credit card terminal, security alarms etc.

- Number of minutes to landlines (Local, national and international) and cost.
- Number of minutes to mobiles (Own company and external) and cost.
