History

Founded in 1998, Connexis is one of the leading telecommunication companies in the West Midlands and operates out of a modern, dedicated facility in the heart of the region.

The primary goal for the team at Connexis is to provide a ‘one-stop-shop’ solution for small to medium sized enterprises looking to take advantage of the latest in voice and data productivity tools.

Technology

The recent convergence of telephone and computer technology has signalled the start of a revolution in the way companies communicate and interact with clients and suppliers. Therefore, necessity has dictated that businesses wanting to maintain a competitive edge over rivals have needed to invest in both the time and resources to ‘get to grips’ with the new technology. Connexis aims to remove this ‘pain’ by acting as both the intermediary and navigator, ensuring that, by working in partnership, we are able to develop ‘tailor made’ solutions designed to embrace all the benefits made possible by the software and hardware applications now available.

In addition to developing the system, sourcing and installing the equipment, Connexis provides training for operators and access to ‘round the clock’ technical support.

As accredited re-sellers for a number of major Telecoms manufacturers, Connexis supplies systems to companies in both the public and private sector, and is able to provide an all-inclusive service, from an initial consultation and solution development stage, right through to equipment procurement, installation and on-going technical support.
